On completing this program, participants will be able to:
➤ Plan reports in a more effective manner using professional mind mapping tools.
➤ Auto-generate structured reports and presentations using mind mapping tools.
➤ Incorporate company word templates when rendering reports.
➤ Swiftly edit and restructure reports using mind mapping software.
➤ Be familiar with the functionality of professional speech recognition technologies and their integration into process of writing reports.
➤ Be familiar with the functionality of proofreading and grammar checking tools.
➤ Understand the iterative agile process of efficiently writing reports using the administrative technologies.
This one day training event will incorporate presentations and hands-on practice where each participant will be assigned a computer within a computer laboratory and will undertake practice in the use of mind mapping tools to compose a sample document report of their own.
The instructor for the training course will be Mark Burleigh who has over 10 years experience in training corporate and public clients in the use of Professional Administrative Technologies. He holds a Single Honours Degree in Computer Science and a Research Masters Degree in Computer Science from University College Cork. He is also an Oracle Certified Associate Java Developer. He also undertakes research in the area of Administrative technologies and has presented at international seminars and conferences.
